Fight, Fight!

The congressional debate between Maia and Justin was held today. Many people had good questions, and the candidates had good answers...sometimes. Here's some highlights:

Q: What are you going to do about the nuclear warfare?

A: Justin said, "Maybe...go to war? Yeah."

Q: Why are you better than the other candidate?

A: Maia said, "I have a plan and I know how to work it."
Justin said, "I really don't think I'm better than her."

Q: What do you plan to do about abortion?

A: Maia said, "We should raise awareness and educate them...you know...Christian school."

Who will win the election tomorrow? Check back to find out!

Primaries!

The Primaries are over and done with. The people voted...and Justin and Maia came out victorious. It will be a good race!

Candidate Brunch

While bystanders walked to each "booth" and ate, the candidates were busy getting votes. Ashley (above) brought ice cream, while many brought cookies and chips. Maia even brought buffalo to show part of her heritage. The Peterson campaign tried to bribe their way into getting some money by ordering pizza for whoever donated to them. This just goes to show that every candidate has his/her pros and cons. We'll see who wins it all in their party in Thursday's primary. Check out our next issue of Congressional Post coming out on Friday!
